This was something both CSM2 & 3 pushed for and got fairly negative responses about. Seems like people at CCP listened though and decided it was a good idea anyway.

How long have you been playing?
I started in eve in Beta 6 and when the beta finished I was put into forced hiatus from the game for 2 weeks while I waited for the game to arrive from the UK. So pretty much from the start.
What drew you EVE in the first place?
I stumbled across the CCP/Eve website while I was searching for mods for Space Empires IV. Intrigued by what looked like an online version of that game, I signed up to the beta and eventually got accepted. I downloaded the client, loaded it up and then spent the next week locked in front of my PC only leaving when there was a down time or a random crash. Eve was like nothing I had ever seen. I still get that sense of awe now and then.
